While I am on the subject, one of my favorite things about the Super Bowl are the punny headlines that come out the next day or on Web sites just after the game. I was in sports for two years, and it was always fun to encapsulate an entire event in one or two words at the top of the page. This year’s crop is filled with puns and cliches. There are so many angles.
Here are some of my favorites so far. I can’t remember where I saw all of them though:
